R&D is one of the key elements to successful reproduction of genuine patents that have both electrical and mechanical components. In electrical engineering it is important to highlight that all parts have a different range of operation and tolerances that have to be understood completely. When designing a device, especially high voltage application, with long life operation in mind it is important that tolerances of maximum operating range are at least 25% above the peak values. Having this consideration, all our electrical and electro mechanical models are designed to withstand the worst possible failure. Our mechanical and building materials are made of high quality metals such as brass, copper, hardwood,
polycarbonate and polyethylene soft plastic. All electrical components are of high quality and produced in USA, Canada, Germany or Japan.
The usual process of R&D can last between 12-24 months depending on the complexity of the design and manufacturing. This is only true for the first prototype, and once
design has been brought from concept to the actual operational apparatus, and BOM is completed, the average delivery time is about 90 days for manufacturing, testing and packaging. All our products are custom made and except BOM parts are not pre made and kept in stock for sales.
Our Electro-Mechanical R&D laboratories and wood working shops are located in Kitchener / Canada and Belgrade / Serbia lead by mutual effort of Tesla Projects Laboratory Inc. and SZR Putnik.
